my poster about components of fitness.

At the start of the year I could not run a far distance but I have been ruining more and now I can run for for a long time. I have a lot more energy than I had at the start of the year and I can do more things with a lot of energy. My mental fitness has got a lot better now I think that I can do it and I keep on trying not just give up. My reflexes have got bit better not by much I could improve them by getting fitter. My body has not toned much but it has a little bit. I have got lighter on my feet than I was at the start of the year. My co-ordination has got a lot better than was at the start of the year. I have met the success criteria for my poster with an large tittle and the right colours and also I have Minimized the facts into key words.

Fathers day

My class and I made fathers day things to give to our dads. fathers day is not all about giving things to your dad its can be about anyone not just your dad. fathers day is also about the people that give you things but they don't get any thing  in return , they might give you tea and have nothing to eat and they are responsible for you.  We did this as part of social studies. It is good to not take everything for granted.
